The Vintage Chandelier Company now offers an Interior Design Service. After having completed several property development projects, it seemed a natural progression to help other people style their homes.

Our interior design projects have been varied and we have advised clients from refurbishing their main living space though to their whole residence and offices. If you have a room that is looking tired or you need help with the creative process ,we can add a few touches which will bring life back into your home. Our service can assist from the choice of wallpaper to choosing a whole new colour scheme. From creating feature walls to sourcing key pieces of furniture and prints.  All the small touches that can make a room feel complete.

We also offer Home Staging -which is the art of presenting a house for sale in such a way that it appeals to the majority of buyers and increases the buyer appeal and chances that they will want to buy it. It ensures that the property achieves the best price and will sell as quickly and as easily as possible and can often help if a house has been on the market for a while. We can help with decluttering, rearranging layout, improving wow factor with lifestyle accessories, replacing worn furnishings and generally making the property more appealing to a wider group of buyers.

Our service offers a free initial consultation, where we would visit your property, discuss your requirements and establish the style and feel you are hoping to achieve as well as your overall budget. We would create a couple of mood boards displaying our ideas and some sourced furnishings. Once you have approved your chosen style we will then source you furnishings, fabrics, prints, papers to fit within your budget.   We are also available for just a bit of advice or feedback and are happy to visit you and discuss your plans and give any practical advice or opinion and work at £40 for an hour.

We also have our own carpenters, decorators and builders that we can bring on board and for an additional fee we can project manage.

If you don’t live in Greater London or just need some advice, we can also work with you using an e-decorating service by which you can send us photos of the room or areas you wish to decorate. We will then advise on colour schemes and source furnishings via an e-mood board with an optio of two schemes.  We will design an e-board and when you are happy with the look,then find appropriate furnishings to suit your budget with links of where to buy.  This costs between £150-£350 per room depending on the scale of project.  Please click here for more information on e-decoration along with gallery of previous e-mood boards.
